Privacy policy

This page says what DOOTCOON collects, why, and what never leaves your PC. "DOOTCOON", "we" and "us" mean the people who make the DOOTCOON app and this website.
What stays on your PC
Everything your profiles and virtual phones browse stays on your computer: cookies, sign-ins, history, cache and downloaded files. We do not upload it and cannot see it.
What the website collects
- A random visitor ID kept in your browser, how many times you visited and how long the last visit was.
- Your device type, browser name, screen size, language and the page that linked you here.
- Your country. It is looked up from your IP address by the service ipapi.co. We do not store the IP address.
- Page views and button clicks, through Google Analytics.
- Anonymous usage counters in our own database: which pages and free tools were opened and used, whether a tool action worked, copied or failed, and your device type, browser, operating system, country (taken from the connection by Cloudflare) and the site you came from. They are tied only to a random ID. They never include your IP address or anything you type, paste or generate in a tool (2FA keys and codes, passwords, proxy lists, text, amounts). The detailed counters are deleted after 60 days; daily totals are kept.
- If you sign in with Google here: your name, email address, profile photo and Google user ID, when you signed in, and that you started a download and of which version.
The free tools work inside your browser. What you type into them (2FA keys, proxies, passwords, text) is not stored and is not sent to us. The "My IP" tool asks ipapi.co for your IP details and shows them to you; we do not keep them. The network test times small downloads from Cloudflare's public speed service and asks ipify for your public IP address; we do not keep the result. The currency converter loads exchange rates from a public rate list and live prices from Binance (Bybit as a backup); only the currency you picked is sent to them, never the amount.
What the app collects
- Your account: the name, email address, profile photo and user ID of the Google account you sign in with.
- Your PC: an ID made from your Windows machine ID (it is scrambled first, so the original cannot be read back), the app version, and when the app was last open (a small "still open" signal every 5 minutes while the app is open: device ID, version and your email, nothing about what you do in it). It is used for the number of PCs a plan allows, the one-trial-per-PC rule and to count how many people use the app.
- Your workspace: the list of your profiles with their names, groups and proxy settings, including proxy usernames and passwords. It is saved to your account so the list can be restored after a crash or on a new install. How many profiles and virtual phones you have is saved too.
- Payments: the plan you chose, the amount, the payment method, the order ID or transaction hash you paste, and the sender name or ID you type. We never ask for and never receive wallet keys or passwords.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and apply your plan and its limits.
- To restore your profile list.
- To check payments and switch plans on.
- To stop abuse of free trials and plan limits.
- To understand how the website is used and to answer support requests.
We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Who processes it
The data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud). Website statistics use Google Analytics and our own counters in the same Firebase database. The country lookup uses ipapi.co and Cloudflare. Payments go through Binance Pay or the BNB Smart Chain network, which have their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Account and workspace data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as needed for our accounts. Website visit data is kept for statistics.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and its data to be deleted, by messaging support.
- Deleting a profile in the app removes its browser data from your PC.
- You can clear this website's visitor ID by clearing the site's data in your browser.
- Our own counters respect your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and the link "Analytics: on/off" at the bottom of every page switches them off for good in your browser.
Children
DOOTCOON is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
